An Exploration and Research of College Students' Learning Career Planning

Learning career planning is an embodiment of profession career planning in academic achievement at university stage.Both college students＇ effective learning career planning and university＇s guarantee to students＇effective learning career planning are helpful to reinforce students＇ learning initiatives and objectives.It can guide college students to finish academic successfully and realize better employment.Aiming at the problems existed in college students＇ learning career planning,this paper puts forward suggestions on improving college students＇learning career planning from students themselves and the view of school,emphasizes on promoting college students＇ learning career planning ability by establishing a complete guiding system for learning career planning.
