| 摘 要： | USPS(全称:Unit Synchro Production System,单元同步生产系统)是较为灵活的服装生产方式之一,已获得越来越多服装生产企业的支持和采纳。它具有快速反应的能力,特别适合于批量小、品种变换快、交货期短的生产条件[1]。将从USPS单元同步生产系统的发展背景和基本内容等方面进行分析,研究其对服装"量小款多式生产"难题的解决方法。
