| 摘 要： | 启发式教学是一种先进的教学方法,对于提高学生的学习兴趣、学习主动性和学习效果意义重大。本文主要探讨工商管理专业主干课《组织设计》的启发式教学。首先论述启发式教学对《组织设计》课堂教学的意义及传统的《组织设计》课堂教学模式的局限性,然后论述《组织设计》课程启发式教学的主要方法,并提出几点思考。

| Abstract: | Heuristic teaching is an advanced method of teaching and it plays important roles on enhancing students＇ learning interest,enthusiasm and effect.This article is focused on organizational design courses in business administration.Fist,we will discuss the significance of heuristic teaching on organization design course and imitations of traditional teaching model.Then we will discuss the main method of heuristic teaching in the course of the organizational design,and propose several opinions. |
