| 摘 要： | 两岸高科技产业的合作与发展自80年代中期开始启动,目的是为寻求生产基地;开拓新客户,扩大销售市场;配合供应链体系转移;利用特有的产业网络进行国际分工布局,提升整体的产业竞争力。台商在大陆的研发呈现出积极参与布局、构建研发基地、扩大合作对象及加强标准化合作的趋势。

| Abstract: | The cooperation and development of high-tech industries across the Taiwan Streets was started comparatively late-since the middle 1980s,aiming to seek production bases,to develop new customers,to enlarge sales markets,and to cooperate with the transfer of supply chain systems.The R&D of Taiwanese businessmen in the mainland now has a tendency of active participation in layout,establishing R&D bases,expanding cooperative partners and strengthening cooperation in standardization. |
