| 摘 要： | 高水平人才队伍是构建地勘单位核心竞争力的需要,地勘单位要想高质量发展,必须重视人才的合理运用。当前中小型地勘单位人才队伍建设主要问题有:缺乏科研鼓励机制和人才培养平台,人才定位、使用不合理,考核、评优制度存在弊端等。建议:(1)重视培育科研人才的使命感和责任感;(2)用好现有人才;(3)细化激励措施,优化考核机制;(4)营造重视技术质量和成果转化的企业文化氛围。
