数字经济学学科体系的构建

数字经济的蓬勃发展,使建立数字经济学学科问题被提到了议事日程。数字经济学的学科体系构建是完善经济学学科体系、培养高层次数字经济人才、发展数字经济、抢占全球数字经济话语权的需要。基于数字经济学的研究定位、研究方法、研究内容构建了数字经济学学科体系的框架,初步描绘了构建数字经济学学科的基本思路,进而提出了数字经济学学科的发展路径:实施数字经济学学科建设“三步走”发展战略,以开放、包容、共享的数字经济发展理念构建数字经济学学科体系,着重研究技术创新背景下的数字经济学学科发展范式,将数字经济人才队伍建设作为学科建设的基础性工程。

The Discipline System Construction of Digital Economics

With the vigorous development of digital economy,it has been placed on the agenda to construct the discipline system of digital economics.The construction of the discipline system of digital economics is the need to improve the discipline system of economics,cultivate high-level talents of digital economy,develop digital economy and seize the discourse power of global digital economy.Based on the research orientation,research methods and research contents of digital economics,this paper constructs the framework of digital economy discipline system,and initially describes the basic ideas of constructing digital economy discipline.Finally,the paper puts forward the development path of digital economy discipline:implement the"three-step"development strategy of digital economy discipline construction,construct the digital economy discipline system with the concept of open,inclusive and shared digital economy development,focus on the development mode of digital economy discipline under the background of technological innovation,and take the construction of digital economy talent team as the basic project of discipline construction.
