| 摘 要： | 政府投资项目在同民经济发展中占据重要地位，探讨其和谐管理的实现具有重大意义。文章在借鉴和谐管理理论的基础上从微观、中观和宏观三个层面解析了项目和谐的内涵，并通过和谐主题与和谐耦合的概念探讨了项目和谐管理模式。文章以佛山市“一环”项目实践为例，阐述了项目和谐管理的实现途径，为政府投资项目和谐管理提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The ever increasing significance of the government investment project in the national economy makes the exploration into HeXie management in Government Investment Project an imminent necessity. On basis of the HeXie theory,the paper analyses the meaning of HeXie in project from three levels, and analyses the model of HeXie management in project from HeXie theme and HeXie coupling. For the example of the Foshan Yihuan project, the paper expounds the achievement of the HeXie Management in project and gives some suggestion for government investment project. |
