高职院校教学督导在“工学结合”育人中的新视角

摘    要:“工学结合”给高职教育的教学督导提出了新问题。高职教育课程设置紧跟市场需求的灵活性和工学结合实践教学的特殊性,要求教学督导工作由以课堂理论教学督导为主转向从课程开发到灵活多样的考核全程的督导和突出实践教学的督导。这是高职教育和工学结合对教学督导工作提出的新要求,需要以新的视角来探讨高职院校的教学督导工作。

Abstract:"Work-integrated learning" puts forward new problems to higher vocational education teaching supervision. Higher vocational education curriculum, with market demand and mobility of the technology combined with the particularity of practice teaching, requires the teaching supervision focus on curriculum development and the complete assessment and highlight the practice teaching supervision. This is the new requirements put forward to higher vocational education, the need for a new perspective to redefine the teaching supervision work in higher vocational colleges.
