| 摘 要： | 介绍高职院校实训室管理中存在的问题，通过引入企业管理中的“6S”管理理念，将“6S”管理模式应用于高职院校实训室日常管理，根据“6S”内容提出具体的实施细节，有利于对实训室进行规范化和制度化管理，为建设高水平、符合高职院校人才培养工作水平评估要求的实训室奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The existing problems in training rooms management are analyzed in this paper, according to the management theory of ＂6S＂ in enterprises, a new ＂6S＂ management is introduced to training rooms management in polytechnic college, and the detailed implementation scheme is also presented. It will help to standardize and systemize the training room management, and provide a foundation to build up high quality training rooms to meet the requirement for teaching assessment. |
