围绕重大事件开展高职“办公自动化”人才培养工学结合教改模式的探讨

在培养高职学生办公自动化技能的教学过程中,围绕2010年广州亚运会期间我院组建的打复印专项服务实践教学活动,根据项目获得学院和社会及设备供应商的充分肯定情况,笔者在如何建立适应新形势下的工学结合人才培养模式进行了积极探索,并在全院范围开展问卷调查,取得了良好的调研结果。笔者从教学方法和手段、课程体系开发、教材体系开发和校企合作等几个方面探索新型工学结合背景下的＂办公自动化＂高技能人才培养模式改革,以提升学生的职业素养和职业能力。

The Work- integrated Talents Cultivation Mode in Office Automation Training based on Important Events in Higher Vocational Colleges

Based on the special photocopying and printing service and teaching practice activities organized by the college during 2010 Guangzhou Asian games and the positive feedback from the public and the equipment provider, the authors of this paper have keenly explored into the teaching process of office automation skills for higher voca- tional students in the work -integrated talents cultivation mode and how this mode should adapt to the new social situation. From the college- based questionnaire, positive result has been achieved. With an aim to improve the students＇professional quality and professional ability, the exploration has been from several angles, including teach- ing methodology, curriculum development, course book development and college -enterprise cooperation mode.
