企业文化融入职业院校新生代农民工培训的思考与实践

摘    要:新生代农民工要成为真正的产业工人,缺乏的不只是技术,还需要拥有企业文化素养。在新生代农民工培训中融入企业文化元素,有利于培养新生代农民工良好的道德品质和正确的价值观,有利于增强新生代农民工对企业管理环境的适应能力,有利于培养新生代农民工的敬业精神,有利于新生代农民工吃苦耐劳精神的养成。在新生代农民工培训中融入企业文化的途径主要有进行专业行业调研、加强企业文化教育的课程实施、促进企业文化与教学管理相结合、加强校企合作进行企业文化渗透等。

Abstract:It is not only the lack of technology but also the lack of corporate culture education that is preventing mi- grant workers of the new generation becoming qualified industry workers. The integration of enterprise culture in the training for migrant workers of new generation is helpful to cultivate their good moral character and the correct val- ues, their ability to adapt to the business environment, their hard - working spirit and career commitment. The main ways of integrating the corporate culture into the training for migrant workers of new generation are to conduct professional industry research, to strengthen the curriculum implementation of corporate culture education, to pro- mote the combination of corporate culture and teaching management, to enhance corporate culture infiltration through college- enterprise cooperation, etc.
