摘    要:广垦橡胶集团近年来认真贯彻落实国家“走出去”发展和广东农垦“海外再造新农垦”战略,充分发挥60年从事天然橡胶所积累的丰富经验以及组织、管理、技术、人才等方面优势,在东盟国家投资建成多个天然橡胶合作项目,取得较好经济效益,创建了具有一定知名度和国际竞争力的国际品牌,积累了丰富的国际化经验,值得深入研究和总结经验。

Abstract:In recent years, the Guangdong Agribusiness Group Corporation (GDA) always seriously implements the "Going Global" strategy and overseas recycling the new group strategy. Using the accumulated experience and advantages in organization, management, technology, human resources which came from the 60 years' natural rubber management, the GDA has achieved better economic results and created an international brand, has a certain reputation and international competitiveness, and has accumulated a wealth of international experience. All of this is worthy to study and learn..
