现代企业经营者的激励机制探讨

摘    要:强化激励约束机制是公司治理中的重要环节,需要通过资本市场、商品市场和证券市场来进行.企业家行为的激励应包括有形资产报酬和无资产报酬两类,首先简述高层管理者激励机制的理论依据,在进行理论分析和实践探讨的基础上,针对国内相关现状,提出了构建企业经营者激励机制的一些建议.

Abstract:To enhance the motivating and stipulating mechanism is an important link of corporation governance,it needs to be carried on through capital market,commodity market and stock market.The encouragement of entrepreneur's behavior should both includes the tangible assets guerdon and intangible assets reward.This text briefly narrates the theoretical basis of motivating mechanism of business high governors at first,and puts forward some suggestions to set up motivating mechanism of business executives in China.
