科学发展观与消费模式转变

全面认识和落实科学发展观是当前和今后经济社会发展的重要问题,已经引起了各方面的关注。落实科学发展观就需要实现发展模式的转变,而发展模式的转变主要体现在三个方面:一是经济增长方式的转变,二是经济体制的转变,三是消费模式的转变。消费模式的转变是发展模式转变的重要内容,也是发展模式转变的必要归宿。没有消费模式的转变与创新,科学发展观就不可能得到全面的实现。因此,要以科学发展观为指导,全面推进消费模式的转变与创新。

Scientific Developmental View and Consuming Mode Transference

It is the important issue for the economic and social development nowadays and henceforth to comprehensively understand and implement the scientific developmental view , which already draws attention from all sides. Implementing the scientific developmental view demands the transformation of the developmental mode, and the transformation of developmental mode is embodied in the following three sides: the first is the transformation of growth mode, the second is the transformation of economic system, the third is the transformation of consumption mode. The transformation of consumption mode is the important content as well as the necessary end-result of the development mode transformation. The scientific developmental view can not be comprehensively implemented without the transformation and innovation of consumption mode. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively push forward the transformation and innovation of consumption mode under the guidance of scientific development view.
