| Abstract: | This paper analyses the relationship between financial macro-regulation and market-oriented foreign exchange administration, and analyzes the importance of and the urgent need to move to a market-oriented foreign exchange administration. It also discusses how to accelerate the reform of market-oriented foreign exchange administration, to promote RMB cross-border settlement, and to enhance the effectiveness of cross-border capital flow supervision. |
