摘    要:研究目的:研制多用途土地评价信息系统,实现不同类型评价业务、评价方法模型的系统集成。研究方法:在分析与归纳现有评价技术流程的基础上,建立多用途土地评价的"业务结点—业务过程"逻辑关系模型,并设计包含数据接口、专业算法和应用表现等层次结构的评价业务插件和调用插件的宿主程序架构。研究结果:开发了土地评价业务结点插件库,在统一的数据库和软件平台上,实现了多用途土地评价业务需求环境下的系统功能集成。研究结论:基于插件思想设计的业务结点插件和宿主模型,有效地解决了多用途土地评价业务的系统集成问题,开发的评价业务结点插件库提高了相关业务系统的开发效率。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to develop a multipurpose land assessment information system in order to realize the integration of various assessment operations and assessment methods. The first method used is to establish the logical relation model of “operation node-operation process” for multipurpose land assessment based on the analysis and induction of current technical assessment process. The second method used is to design the operation assessment plug-ins with layer structures such as data interface, and to design the host program framework for plug-in calling, specialized algorithm and application performance. The results indicate that (1)plug-in database for operation node of land assessment has been developed; (2) system function integration under requirements of multipurpose land assessment has been realized. It is concluded that (1)problems in system integration of multipurpose land assessment have been solved by the operation node plug-ins and host model designed according to plug-in theory; (2) development efficiencies of relevant operation systems have been promoted by the plug-in database designed for assessment operation.
