| 摘 要： | 货币制度演化到今天,问题还有很多.譬如,各国政府在一一解除市场障碍之后,政府在货币政策中应该扮演什么样的角色,这一问题一直没有解决好.我们该用什么原因来解释政府所做的事情呢,哪些事情是政府不干就做不好的事情,在货币体系中哪些应该是政府驱动的,政府管理基础货币和准备金对市场的作用有多大,都是现实必须解决的.

| Abstract: | Up to now,currency policy has developed quite well,but still many problems occurred.After solving market obstacles one by one,what kind of role should governments of different countries take always remains a problem to be solved.What can be used to explain governments' actions? What should governments do? Which factors of currency structure should the government drive? What are the impacts of government which are managing basic currency and reserve? These questions must be solved in actual practice. |
