| Abstract: | The construction of the new socialist countryside is a profound revolution in our economic society.With the strategical requirement of building socialist new countryside,the current rural financial systems need changing and creating in order to meet the rural financial need.Therefore,a perfect rural credit association is very important to the new type rural financial system and a vital subject to the current rural credit association as well. |
