| 摘 要： | 双边市场是产业经济组织中一个"新"的经济体,理论界对该市场的研究尚未成熟.本文在综合分析当前学术界对双边市场基本理论研究的基础上,分析了双边市场的内涵、识别条件、特征、主要类型和具体实例,并指出了研究中所存在的一些不足之处,以期对双边市场进行更深入的研究,奠定一个坚实的基础.

| Abstract: | Bilateral markets,a new member in the industrial economic organization,has still not any mature research in the theory circle. Based on a comprehensive analysis on the basic theory of bilateral market in the current academic research,this paper studies the connotation,identifing conditions,characteristics,main types and specific cases of bilateral markets,and then points out some research shortcomings in order to establish a substantial base to gives a more embedded study on the bilateral markets. |
