基于生态位的企业核心竞争力评价体系研究——以国内电信运营企业为例

现代研究表明,企业所处的环境关系将导致不同的经营后果,动态适应其与环境关系的变化和优化序参量机制的能力是保持企业核心竞争力优势的重要因素.本文运用企业生态位理论,结合国内电信运营企业特点及其内涵,提出企业核心竞争力的评价体系,并运用模糊综合评价法进行实证研究.

A STUDY ON CORE COMPETENCE EVALUATION OF TELECOM FIRM BASED ON NICHE THEORY

Modern researches show that different relationships between enterprise and environment will lead to different consequences, the ability that adapting to changes in environment and optimizing the order of parameters are the important factors that can keep core competitiveness.This paper combine the characteristics of domestic telecom firms with its connotation on the basis of the enterprise niche theory, then put forward the enterprise＇s evaluation system of core competence, lastly several important conclusions are drawn from analysis.
