| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了投资银行的主要业务分类,分析了一般经营投资银行业务的风险包括操作衍生性金融商品的风险、经济势力集中的风险、利益冲突的风险、内部控制管理风险及雪球效应的风险,提出了借鉴国际投资银行业务经营风险管理经验,严密设置“防火墙”;规范整顿证券业量化投资等创新业务;尽快完善相关的法律法规,出台关于操纵证券市场民事赔偿案件的司法解释等建议.

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the main business of investment bank risk classification, analysis of general business investment banking operation risk, including derivative financial commodity concentration of economic power, risk, the risk of conflict of interest of internal control and management of risk and the risk of the snowball effect, putting forward the risk management experience of international investment banking, tight settings ＂firewall＂; regulate the securities industry to quantify the investment business innovation; the relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible to improve, the introduction of judicial interpretation about the manipulation of the securities market civil compensation cases and so on. |
