盘龙江金鱼藻的氮耐受性研究

摘    要:通过实验室模拟,在室温25℃下,设定0、0.5、2、5、10、15mg/L6个不同的氮浓度,测定不同氮浓度下金鱼藻的株高、鲜重、存活率、相对生长量,从而研究盘龙江金鱼藻氮的耐受性。结果表明,氮浓度在0.5—5mg/L下,金鱼藻可正常生长,氮浓度在0.5mg/L时金鱼藻的鲜重最大,长势最好。当氮浓度达到10mg/L时,金鱼藻的生长受到抑制,叶片变黄脱落,在氮浓度超过15mg/L时,金鱼藻的叶片腐烂且植株逐渐死亡。

Abstract:Through the laboratory simulation ,the indoor temperature 25 degrees Centigrade ,we set six different nitrogen concentrations,namely 0,0.5,2,5,10,15mg/L to measure the hornwort’s plant height,fresh weight, survival rate as well as relative growth rate under different nitrogen concentrations ,so as to study hornwort ’s nitrogen tolerance of Jinpan River.The result shows that the hornwort can live in a normal situation under the nitrogen concentration of 0.5-5mg/L;under 0.5mg/L of nitrogen concentration,the hornwort’s fresh weight is the biggest and it’s growth tuens to be the best aspect.When the nitrogen concentration is up to 10mg/L ,the hornwort’s growth would be restrained therefore and the leaves turn to yellow and fall down sooner or later;but when the nitrogen concentration rises up to 15mg/L ,the worst situation happens ,that is the hornwort ’s leaves would be rotted and the plants gradually turn to death.
