| 摘 要： | 海关估价作为海关的三大技术对海关程序的安全与便利起着至关重要的作用。如何进一步提升我国海关估价水平进而达到政府和企业的双赢是当前我国海关面临的现实课题。本文提出我国海关应当大力推进估价模式多样化,全面推行分类通关改革、建立海关估价的电子平台以及优化创新反价格瞒骗机制,从而切实推进贸易安全与便利的发展。
