世界经济“失衡与增长之谜”与中国经济的发展

美国经济的严重失衡与世界经济高速增长已持续长达3年时间,失衡与高速增长何以并存?这一现象被经济学家称为“失衡与高速增长之谜”。本文通过分析世界经济增长和失衡情况,认为这一现象可以从经济的全球化促进跨国公司向发展中国家的产业转移;美国超强的实力所支撑的金融霸权地位;美国为维护既得的经济利益,不愿采取措施对经济进行调整和新兴市场国家经济增长过于依赖外部需求方面去理解,提出该现象的世界经济循环过程、孕育的风险和中国采取的对策。

It took more than three years that American economy has been disequilibrium seriously with the growth of the world economy.Why did disequilibrium and growth stand side by side?This phenomenon was called "the puzzle of disequilibrium and growth" by economists.By analysis of the world economy disequilibrium and growth,The paper proposes that this phenomenon can be explained by four points:economy globalization promoting multi-corporations industry transition to developing country;the hegemony position being hold up by American super strength ;not wish adjusting economy for protecting its interest,and new market country economy dependent heavily on the external demand.The paper points out the circling process of the world economy of the phenomenon,risks and countermeasures.
