| 摘 要： | 全球化背景下,以IT服务、研发与先进制造业为主的模块化外包成为当前国际贸易与投资活动的主要特征.处于外部资源环境约束中,我国正面临发展模式转换与产业转型升级的内在压力与客观要求.把握好当前外包发展的良好机遇,有选择性地承接模块化外包并"走出去",构建区域产业价值链,强化关键技术的研发以及加快生产性服务业的发展,是推动国内产业升级的可行思路.
