我国生态化视角下的FDI环境效应研究

文章在表征污染物排放量与外资企业投资额以及内资企业投资额之间关系的函数基础上,建立以工业二氧化硫排放量为因变量,以三资工业企业总资产和内资工业企业总资产为自变量的协方差回归方程。实证结果显示:外商直接投资对我国生产环境产生了明显的负面效应。通过对中国东、中、西部地区的进一步研究发现,就外商直接投资对三大地区生态环境的负面影响程度而言,东部地区最为明显,其次是中部和西部。

Analysis of Environmental Impact of FDI in the Perspective of Ecological Modernization of China

This paper establishes Covariance equation on that puts the emission of industrial sulfur dioxide as the dependent variable and puts foreign industrial and domestic industrial enterprises as independent variables on the basis of the functional relationship between pollutant emission and foreign direct investment as well as domestic investment. The empirical results show： Foreign Direct Investment has produced a significant negative impact on environment in China. Through further, study about the environmental impact of the Chinese eastern, central and western regions we finds that Eastern China has the most obvious negative impact on the ecological environment because of foreign direct investment, followed by the Central and Western China.
