| 摘 要： | 知识创新直接依赖于知识的生产、扩散和应用,创新组织作为这些功能的综合体,支撑着知识经济的运行。协同创新被看作是科技创新的新范式,其组织的运行机制与陀螺运转的工作原理相似,各运转要素可按其功能归入不同的圈层。制度、行为和保障圈层以战略圈层为中心,在市场需求和自身发展要求的合力作用下,推动组织陀螺高速旋转,完成既定目标。

| Abstract: | Knowledge innovation depends directly on the production, diffusion, and application of knowledge, and innovation organizations, as the syntheses of these functions, support the operation of the knowledge economy. Collaborative innovation is regarded as a new paradigm of scientific and technological innovation, and its operating mechanism is similar to that of the operational principles of gyros, and its running factors are allocated to different layers according to their unique functions. System layer, behavior layer and material guarantee layer take strategic layer as the center, and the innovation organization just like fast-moving gyro, tries to accomplish the intended purposes by the resultant force of market demanding and self-improving. |
