| Abstract: | Sci-tech banks management environment includes the degree of industry development, the development status of economy and finance, policies and regulations and so on. Guangdong Sci-tech banks have both the market demand, the favorable development conditions of the economy and finance environment and policy environment etc, and have been restricted by credit system and guarantee system construction lags, venture investment relatively backward and other factors. |
