| 摘 要： | 随着我国软件服务外包产业的高速增长，建立具有完整行业数据库及高效功能的服务外包商务对接平台将有利于完善市场功能，扩大市场需求，促进技术创新。而建立在成功举办了十多年的中国软交会基础上的服务外包商务对接平台，可以将实体展会与商务平台有机结合，实现线上线下的有效互动，从而打造高效、不落幕的交易平台。

| Abstract: | With the rapid growth of software service outsourcing industry in China,the establishment of service outsourcing business docking platform with complete industry database and higher efficiency will be conductive to the improving of market functions,the expanding the market demands,and the promoting of technology innovations.And the service outsourcing business docking platform built on the basis of the successful hosting of CISIS（China International Software ＆ Information Service Fair）more than 10 years might combine the physical exhibition and business platform organically,stimulating the effective interactions online and off-line,and establishing the exchange platform of higher efficiency and service of 7×24 hours. |
