| 摘 要： | 新冠疫情期间,许多行业和企业由于受到不利影响而陷入危机当中。而有的行业却享受了一波疫情红利,在抗击疫情期间得以发展,生鲜电商行业就是其中之一。论文从生鲜电商行业的发展历程和特点出发,探究生鲜电商行业的发展困境及其原因,继而研究新冠疫情这一“黑天鹅”事件对生鲜电商行业的双面影响,最后就“生鲜电商如何留住疫情红利”这一问题提出相关建议与对策。

| Abstract: | During the period of the COVID-19 epidemic situation,many industries and enterprises fell into crisis due to the negative impact they have suffered.However,some industries have enjoyed a wave of dividends of epidemic situation and developed during the fight against the epidemic situation.Fresh e-commerce industry is one of them.Starting from the development process and characteristics of the fresh e-commerce industry,this paper explores the development dilemmas and their reasons of the fresh e-commerce industry,then studies the double-sided impact of the"black swan"incident of the COVID-19 epidemic situation on the fresh e-commerce industry,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures on the problem of"how can fresh e-commerce retain the dividends of epidemic situation". |
