国企改革背景下人才测评体系构建研究与实践

摘    要:在我国社会经济持续发展的背景下,国有企业作为国民经济中的重要组成部分,也在稳步进行改革。人才测评体系的构建,是现代国有企业改革、创新和发展过程中不可或缺的环节,关系到国有企业人力资源管理水平的提高。论文阐述了国有企业改革背景下构建人才测评体系的必要性,分析了传统人才测评机制存在的不足。论文从测评标准、工具、执行人员、制度等角度,分析了人才测评体系构建的基本内容,并对测评体系的执行要点进行了探讨。

Abstract:Under the background of China's social and economic sustainable development,state-owned enterprise,as an important part of the national economy,is also steadily carrying out reform.The construction of talents assessment system is an indispensable link in the process of reform,innovation and development of modern state-owned enterprise,which is related to the improvement of human resources management level of state-owned enterprise.This paper expounds the necessity of constructing talents assessment system under the background of state-owned enterprise reform,and analyzes the shortcomings existing in traditional talents assessment mechanism.This paper analyzes the basic content of the construction of talents assessment system from the perspectives of assessment standards,tools,executive personnel,system and so on,and discusses the implementation points of the assessment system.
