国企改革背景下人才测评体系构建研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Construction of Talents Assessment System Under the Background of State-Owned Enterprise Reform

Under the background of China's social and economic sustainable development,state-owned enterprise,as an important part of the national economy,is also steadily carrying out reform.The construction of talents assessment system is an indispensable link in the process of reform,innovation and development of modern state-owned enterprise,which is related to the improvement of human resources management level of state-owned enterprise.This paper expounds the necessity of constructing talents assessment system under the background of state-owned enterprise reform,and analyzes the shortcomings existing in traditional talents assessment mechanism.This paper analyzes the basic content of the construction of talents assessment system from the perspectives of assessment standards,tools,executive personnel,system and so on,and discusses the implementation points of the assessment system.
