| 摘 要： | 我国的经济发展主要是由国企和中小企业带动,而绩效管理则是维持企业正常运转的重要组成部分。我国是人口大国,也是发展中国家,所以我国中小企业都如雨后春笋般发展迅速,但是目前的中小企业的绩效管理还存在一些问题,亟待解决。

| Abstract: | China's economic development is mainly driven by state-owned enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises,and performance management is an important part of maintaining the normal operation of enterprises.China is a populous country,but also a developing country,so China's small and medium-sized enterprises are springing up like mushrooms,but there are still some problems existing in the performance management of small and medium-sized enterprises,which need to be solved urgently. |
