| 摘 要： | 加强工序控制，降低消耗，一直是质量管理中的一个老问题。本文阐述了一次合格率的概念及与最终合格率的区别；通过分析一次合格率在工控制中的作用，以及提高一次合格率所带来的经济效益，肯定了一次合格率是加强工序控制降低消耗的有效指标。

| Abstract: | Tightening technological contral and cutting down the consumption remain two veryimportant problems in quality management. This article article set forth the difference between the concept of the first qualified rate and the final qualified rate. By analyzing the roles of the first qualified rate in technogical control and improving the economical efficiency,we are sure that thefirst qualified rate is a vey uesful index in tightening technogical control and cutting down theconsumption. |
