浅谈高职高专物流专业进企业模式

近五年物流专业学生就业调查表明,物流专业学生对口就业率持续走低,就业稳定率也呈逐年下降趋势。然同期就业市场需求调查表明,随着经济发展和人民生活水平的提高,物流行业发展日益成熟,物流专业人才需求量正呈逐步上升趋势。这一对口就业率和就业市场需求的反差引起许多高职院校物流专业教师的思考。

Discussion on the Mode about the Logistics Major of the Higher Vocational College into Enterprise

The employment survey in the nearly five years of the logistics major students shows that the counterpart employment rate and employment stability are falling. While, at the same time, the demand survey of the job market shows that, with the development of economy and the improvement of the people＆#39;s living standard, logistics industry development is becoming more and more mature and the talent demand of logistics major is rising step by step. The contrast of the counterpart employment rate and job market demand cause many thinking of the logistics major teachers in higher vocational colleges.
