| Abstract: | By using the theory of group behavior and individual behavior in organizational behavior theory, this article analyzes the application of the influence of group behavior on individual behavior in college management to create a good environment for the growth of the students. At the same time, according to the analysis results, constructive suggestions are put forward for effective management of college students. |
