| 摘 要： | 现代学徒制人才培养模式由于具有提高学生的技术水平同时能够提高学生的综合素质的优点,现在已经成为职业教育研究的热点。本文分析了学徒制的内涵,分析了现代学徒制在高等职业院校实施的有利条件及其限制因素,并提出相应的建议。

| Abstract: | Because the modern apprenticeship training mode can improve the skill level and the overall quality of the students, it has become the focus of vocational education research. This paper analyzes the connotation of apprenticeship, the favorable conditions and limitations of the application of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges, and makes recommendations accordingly. |
