In China,gender budget has entered an important stage of evolution in depth and tackling technical problems.Gender budget pilot program in Jiaozuo is facing many challenges such as the coordination between the long-term and short-term effect,the integration of public policy and gender budget,the project execution of Womens Federation and cross region horizontal promotion.As far as key nodes of reform ideas are concerned,we should build a gender budget full-cycle management system,strengthen the corresponding citizen basis,implement "dual promotion strategy" which means we need to make improvements on specific items of expenditure and adjust public increment.At last,we will complete the "top-stage design" of the system rules and operation mode.
