| 摘 要： | 认证制度是伴随着商品经济的发展、扩大和日益国际化，逐步确定并发展起来的一种现代法律制度。文章重点回顾了我国认证法律制度的发展历程，总结了认证认可体系逐步走上规范化、集中管理和社会化轨道所取得的成效，分析了认证认可制度发展的现状和未来的趋势，并对我国认证认可工作提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Certification and accreditation system falls to modern law system, which is identified and gets matured with the development, expansion and internationalization of commodity economy. This article reviews the development course of the law system of certification and summarizes what it has achieved since this system embarked on the track of standardization, centralization management and socialization. This article analyzes the status quo and the development trend of certification and accreditation system and puts forward corresponding suggestions. |
