| 摘 要： | 中国农村公共产品供给制度效率的提高，对于新农村建设具有重要的意义。当前中国农村公共产品供给制度的强制性特征弱化和新的有效制度“缺位”、家庭联产承包责任制框架下的农村公共产品供给制度变迁、农业组织程度化较低等原因是导致目前农村公共产品供给效率低下的重要制度性成因。

| Abstract: | It is significant of the improvement of rural public products supply efficiency to the new rural construction.The conclusion is that the weakened characteristics of the former compelling supply system,the absence of the new effectual system,the changes of rural public product supply system based on family-contract responsibility system,the lower level of agricultural organization,etc resulting in the lower efficiency of China rural public products supply. |
