| 摘 要： | 随着全球金融一体化的不断发展。国际商业银行监管模式经历了行政命令式、标准化方法、内部模型法、预先承诺法等四个规制阶段。而中国金融业改革的推进必然对旧的商业银行规制模式造成冲击．我国商业银行规制方式也会不断向激励相容方式演进。

| Abstract: | Along with the global integration of finance, International commercial banks has undergone 4 stages of supervisory model ranging from administrative command to standard methods, interior model and prior promise. The reform of the Chinese banking will sure push forward the innovation of the former commercial bank system. Chinese banks will also undergo the same transformation. |
