中间品、资本品进口的研发溢出效应

本文按照BEC分类法把进口商品分为中间品、资本品和消费品,中间品主要指零部件,资本品主要指机器设备。在对进口贸易研发溢出模型修正的基础上,考察了中间品进口、资本品进口以及控制变量国内研发资本和外国直接投资对中国全要素生产率的影响。结果显示,中间品进口和外国直接投资对我国全要素生产率有显著的正向影响,而资本品进口和国内研发资本对中国全要素生产率有负向影响。在此基础上,根据中国的国情对这些结果进行了合理的解释。

The R&D Spillover Effect of Intermediate Goods and Capital Goods' Import

According to the classification of BEC,import goods are divided into intermediate goods,capital goods and consumer goods.The intermediate goods refer to parts and components,and capital goods are mainly machine equipment.Based on the modification of import overflowing model,the paper made an on-the-spot investigation on the influence of the import of intermediate goods and capital goods,and the controlling variables of R&D capital in domestic and foreign direct investment on China's TFP.These results show that the intermediate goods' import with foreign direct investment has a positive effect on TFP in China;on the contrary,the capital goods' import and domestic R&D capital stock are negative.Based on this,the paper analyses the influencing factors which affects the TFP according to the China's real conditions reasonably.
