| Abstract: | By studying development of management theories in different periods, this article sums up the evolvement and development of managerial communication theories, and summarizes the features of managerial communication theories in different phases and the development trend of managerial communication theory. According to features of managerial communication in different phases, this article is written in three phases, Bud Phase: Managerial Communication Theory following the appearance of Scientific Management, Developing Phase: Development of Managerial Communication Theory during Period of Behavior Science Theory, Leaping Phase:Modern Managerial Communication Theory with Overwhelming Modern Information and Network Technology. |
