| 摘 要： | 结合我国当前经济和能源供需情况,论述了实施电力需求侧管理的重要意义与紧迫性,识别并分析了实施DSM过程中存在的问题;针对问题提出了制定DSM相关法律法规、政策、运行机制和激励措施的几点建议,旨在为缓解我国能源压力、提高能效,更好地实现可持续发展提供一定的理论支持。

| Abstract: | The significance and urgent need of carrying out the Power Demand Side Management are discussed on the basis of the current economy and the supply and demand of energy in China. In this article ,the author also identifies and analyses the problems existing in the process of carrying out the DSM . Some suggestions are also made on the regulations and policies for the DSM. This article aims to raise some theoretical support on releasing the energy pressure in china, improving the energy efficiency and give an hand to the realization of the continuable development of power. |
