关于我国创业投资业发展的探讨

创业投资也称为风险投资,是指通过向不成熟的创业企业提供股权资本,并为其提供管理和经营服务,期望在企业发展到相对成熟后,通过股权转让收取高额中长期收益的投资行为。我国的创业投资业已走过了20年的发展历程,取得了可喜进步,但整体水平仍与发达国家存在很大差距。本文从我国创业投资业的现状着手,分析其发展所面临的问题,提出了相关的研究对策。

Probing into China start up investment industry''''s development

Venture capital is also called risk investment, which means the long period investing behavior of gaining high profit through shares transferring after providing shares capital, administrating and managing service for immature enterprises and anticipating them to grow up relatively mature. The domestic venture capital has a history of two decades and got exciting progress, however the whole level is still much lower than that of developed countries. This paper analyzes the problem that domestic venture capital facing from the aspect of its present situation, and proposes some correlative countermeasures.
