关于大理城市规划的思考

大理同时作为国家历史文化名城和滇西中心城市,面临着城市发展与自然生态、历史文化保护的突出空间矛盾。结合新区域主义理念和有机集中思想,在分析大理城市发展诉求与自身特征的基础上,认为要解决大理城市发展的空间困境,必须跳出行政区划的桎梏,整合大理与周边城镇的发展空间来共同承载滇西中心城市的职能。
