论教师的人格与职业精神的作用

摘    要:教师的人格是教师以自己的个性为基础,为适应社会角色规范的要求,在教育活动中形成并表现出来的稳定的心理和行为特征。教师的职业精神着重于说明现代教师的责任,并把承担这种责任作为个人的价值追求。在教学活动中,教师的人格和职业精神不仅影响并决定着教师对教育、教学活动精力投入的质量和数量,还影响着学习者参与教学活动的积极性和主动性。同时,教师的个人人格对学生的人格发展具有直接或间接的示范作用。

Abstract:To meet the requirement of social role,teachers' personality,which is based on their selfhood,is a stable psychological and behavior feature formed in educational programs.Teachers' career spirit puts the emphasis on the responsibility of modern teachers and takes it as their pursuit.In teaching activities,the personality and career spirit of teachers influence not only the teachers' effort on teaching,but also the students' positivity and initiative on study.What's more,teachers' selfhood plays an exemplary role in students' personality development directly or indirectly.
