| 摘 要： | 随着我国将快速进入老龄社会,高校的老龄工作日益突出其重要性。必须充分发挥老同志的余热,使他们老有所为;尊重、理解、关心老同志,开展丰富多彩的活动,使他们老有所乐,老有所学;扎扎实实为老同志办好了、办实事,全心全意为老同志服务,使他们老有所养,老有所依,安享晚福。

| Abstract: | With the rapid aging of China＇s society,the retired workers＇ management in colleges and universities is of greater importance.It is proposed to give full play to the old comrades＇ ＂afterheat＂ to fulfill their worthiness;to respect,understand,and care for retired workers and carry out a variety of activities to enable them to entertain and learn;to ensure the continuous dedication to serving the retired workers to realize their happiness. |
