对当前成人高等教育发展的定位思考

我国的成人高等教育自开展以来,基本上是普通高等教育的附庸和从属者,脱离了其应有的独立发展定位。只有通过建构专有管理体制、配置自有资源、建成特色培养模式、提高办学层次和扩展办学领域等系统的改革,我国的成人高等教育才能回归其应有的独立地位并良性发展,从而为国民经济和社会的发展做出更大的贡献。

Reflections on the Development Orientation of Current Adult Higher Education

Our country＇s adult higher education has been basically the appendage and subordinate of common higher education,and has escaped from the orientation of its independent development which is due since it launched.Our country＇s adult higher education can return to independent status which is due and can healthily develop only through systemic reforms such as constructing the exclusive management systems,configuring its own resources,building characteristic training modes,improving education level and expanding the fields of running a school,thus it makes more contribution to national economic and social development.
