| 摘 要： | 影视动画专业成为《2010年大学生就业蓝皮书》中红牌之首,热门专业遇寒潮的重要原因之一是学生职业能力不能很好适应动画行业对人才的需求,提升高职影视动画专业学生职业能力迫在眉睫。高职动画专业学生职业能力可分为专业职业能力和一般职业能力,项目教学、引企入校、顶岗实践、校园动漫文化熏陶等是行之有效的培养途径和方法。

| Abstract: | The Television Animation Art Specialty features the worst employment according to The 2010 Blue Book of Graduate Employment.One of important reasons is that the students＇ professional abilities can＇t match the requirement of Animation Industry,so it is extremely urgent to improve their professional abilities that consist of specialized professional abilities and general professional abilities.The proposed effective ways to do that are project study,leading enterprises into the college,enterprise internship and the influence of campus animation art culture. |
