建设社会主义新农村的提出标志着我国农村发展将进入一个崭新的阶段。推进新农村建设必须高度重视农民增收问题。本芰认为在入世的背景下，我国应尽力利用农村劳动力资源优势大力发展优势农业增加农民收入，并对这一增收途径从理论和实证上作了初步分析。

Building the New Village and Developing Advantageous Agriculture

The idea of constructing the socialism new countryside indicates that the development of countryside will enter into a new stage. Whether peasants can increase their income or not is a problem that should be stressed on during new countryside constructing. The paper tells that our country should take advantage of labor force resources in countryside to develop dominant agriculture and in order to increase peasants' income, also analyzes this process both in theory and in practice initially.
